First: Definitions

•Platform: mstra.ai platform, represented by Sahar Abdulaziz Al-Ghalayini Information Technology Company
•User: Any natural or legal person using the platform
•Subscription: The paid package that the user subscribes to in order to benefit from the platform's services

•The mstra AI platform provides automated design services based on artificial intelligence technologies.
•The user uploads the content and specifies the file type, and the platform processes it and produces a final design.
•The quality of the output depends on the quality of the input content and the visual identity provided.

•The platform relies on artificial intelligence technologies, which may, in some cases, produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs.
•The user acknowledges that the resulting designs may not be 100% correct or accurate.
•Instances known as "AI hallucinations" may occur, which could lead to errors in formatting, content, or presentation.
•The AI Ruler platform assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses resulting from complete reliance on the outputs without user review.
•The user is responsible for reviewing the final design before its official use.

•Enter accurate and legal content.
•Not use the platform for any illegal purposes or misuse the service or integrated systems.
•Maintain the confidentiality of login data and One-Time Passwords (OTPs).
•The platform reserves the right to suspend or disable accounts in cases of misuse or violation of the terms.

•The platform offers paid subscription packages as advertised. The number of files is deducted only upon downloading the final design.
•All prices are subject to the terms and conditions displayed during the subscription process.
•The Mstra AI platform offers a one-time free trial for each company or individual.
•The platform reserves the right to cancel or suspend any account found to be abusing or repeatedly using the free trial.

•Users are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee within 24 hours of subscription.
•Refund requests must be submitted within the specified period by sending a request to: support@mstra.ai.
•Any request submitted after 24 hours of subscription will not be accepted.
•The refund policy does not cover any actual use that occurred after the 24-hour period.

•All platform rights, including software, logos, interfaces, and designs, are owned by Sahar Abdulaziz Al-Ghalayini Information Technology Company.
•The uploaded content belongs to the user.
•The user is not permitted to resell or exploit the platform's services or outputs in violation of these terms.

•The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
•The Mastara AI platform does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or interruption-free.
•The platform is not liable for: Errors or inaccuracies resulting from artificial intelligence, Security breaches beyond reasonable control, Malfunctions in integrated systems or third-party services, Data loss or unauthorized use.

•Unless applicable regulations are violated, the maximum liability of the Mastara AI platform—if proven—is limited to the subscription fee paid by the user and does not include any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits.

•The user has the right to cancel their subscription at any time.
•The platform has the right to suspend or terminate the account in the event of a violation of the terms without prior notice.
•Termination does not entail any additional financial obligation for the platform.

•The Mastara AI platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after amendment constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

•These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
